Same villas, same hosts — but you skip the platform's service fee (typically 14–16% for guests) and deal with us directly. Our calendar here syncs with Airbnb, so availability is always current.
We confirm your dates, then send payment details — M-Pesa, Kenyan bank transfer, international transfer (Wise) or a card payment link. A deposit secures the booking; the balance is due before arrival.
Full refund up to 30 days before check-in; 50% up to 14 days. We'll always try to be flexible if we can re-let the dates.
Yes — we can arrange transfers from anywhere: Ukunda airstrip, Mombasa (Moi International), the SGR terminus, Nairobi, or wherever your trip starts. Just mention it in your booking request and we'll quote the ride.
Fibre broadband is included as standard. Working remotely? We can upgrade the line to 500 Mbps for your stay for a small surcharge — just mention it in your booking request.
A housekeeper is on site every day to keep the villa tidy. Fresh linen and towels are changed after the second night of your stay.
